Lust and Envy attend a party -- probably 'on the clock' to gather information (or cause trouble), and are celebrating a success as they leave. It was a chance to draw 1920s outerwear, though it looks like Amestris has less snow here.

Gluttony was not invited. Poor guy, but maybe he shouldn't have tried to eat his mask. I'm sure he can get a late dinner now that they're off the clock.

The lighting on this was incredibly fun. I find night scenes are good practice, since they really mess with your color perception.
